If you are looking for a lawyer to help you in a criminal case, Joe is the one for you. I spoke with Joe not knowing anything about what my next steps should be in order to fix certain legal issue that arose in my life. He made sure he walked me through every possible outcome and all the steps to ensure that my outcome would be beyond what I even thought was possible. I contacted the Kostopolous law group after my son had been charged with his second DUI. The first few lawyers I contacted told me that he would likely have to either do some jail time or lose his license for an extended amount of time. Gus brought my son into the police station to turn himself since my son left the scene of the accident without incident.

Gus plead the case down to a moving violation and my son was able to keep his license and avoid a conviction. I cant recommend the Kostopous Law Group enough. I have had the opportunity to work with this law group. I have never had to contact a criminal attorney in my life. So I had a million questions I was scared and had no idea how this whole thing worked. But the customer service given to me and my son was above and beyond. I worked with Joe and another attorney in the firm, Rosemary Kostopoulos. Rosemary showed up for court the day of sentencing and she was very caring and comforting. She made sure all our questions were answered and got there early to do what she needed to do to get us out and be called first, so we were in and out. She took care of all matters without us initially having to be in the courtroom and was on top of everything.
