My daughter got a ticket due to Scott’s Law in Minooka but it was entrapment! She saw a police car pull a car over and she slowed down and passed the cop. Then a cop following her flashed his lights and had her pull over. He gave her a ticket for failure to move over a full lane. She replied that she couldn’t because it’s only two lanes, one coming and one going. She said if she had done that, she would be in oncoming traffic and she told him she scooted over as much as she could. The cop said she should have went into oncoming traffic and gave her a ticket. If your not familiar Scott’s law is a serious ticket and can lead up to a $10,000 fine and they can take your license in serious cases. My daughter never had a ticket and never speeds and always wears a seat belt. I pleaded my case to about 10 lawyers and they all said she will probably have to pay a big fine and it’s not worth fighting because the judge will side with cops over a teenager. I then talked to Frank Andreano and he said I was right, this wasn’t a fair ticket and he thinks we have a good shot taking it to trial or at least getting a reduced charge. I was so happy to hear this! Low and behold, he was true to his word! He got the ticket dismissed on the first court case!!!!!!! He will be the only lawyer I ever use moving forward!!!!

We are very thankful to Attorney Frank Andreano for his swift, effective, professional and kind service.

Mr. Andreano helped a driver of ours, Joseph, get his CDL license unsuspended, the result of a clerical error on the part of the court. When I spoke with Mr. Andreano regarding the issue, he told me he'd run across the street to the court house and talk with them about it. The SAME DAY Mr. Andreano called me back to inform me that he'd already taken care of the issue, and that the matter was cleared up. I asked him how long it would take, and he explained to me that the issue was already taken care of, and that computer records in another state would show within 24 hours that all was well with Joseph and his CDL. I asked him to call Joseph for payment.

Mr. Andreano did not call to collect, so Joseph called him the next day to make sure he got paid. Mr. Andreano said he did not want payment. Joseph insisted, but Mr. Andreano refused.

I have confirmation from the state that Joseph's license is no longer under suspension.

I have never heard of an attorney providing legal services to a total stranger out of the kindness of his heart. Needless to say, if any driver under my umbrella requires an attorney in Illinois, I will immediately direct them to the Andreano Law Firm. If I ever receive a ticket in Illinois, I know who to call. I cannot recommend him strongly enough.

Frank saved me $6065. on a over weight ticket i got in Joloet I,ll He was able to get some of the police officer's testimony through out of Court.
The lady lawyer for the City of Joliet was very unhappy when the Jury came back not guilty. Frank done a very good job for me. I talked to another lawyer there. He ask me why i was there. I told him the story about . When i told him who my lawyer was . He said you don't anything to worry about . You have the best working for you. Frank is a very nice Man. I met his Brother and Their Father . Also met Frank's wife Very good people.

I’m a CDL holder and received 2 tickets in Joliet IL, 1 Disobey traffic device and 2nd for overweight in local street where trucks are prohibited.
I wanted to say Thank you so much to these guys, they did their job at the best and managed my ticket get dismissed by the court. (1st ticket). For The 2nd ticket, I just paid a fine and that’s it.
So, don’t hesitate to contact them in your bad days when you get tickets.
Because I understand how important is a CDL to an 18 wheeler, it (CDL)is a mean of earning to be exact.

Hey I'm a truck driver from Chicago and recently got a ticket in my car. I called Mr Adriano to represent me and he took care of everything.
