I hired Mark Sutter to defend me in a traffic violation. He was fantastic. Since I am a relatively new driver if I had not gotten court supervision my insurance rates would have sky rocketed. He took the time to explain in layman's terms the necessary steps and time frames needed for my reinstatement. He was present when I had to appear for both the formal and informal hearings. In addition, he was also able to control the narrative at these hearings to present my situation in a most favorable way.
