We hired Steven at a desperate moment when our son had gotten into trouble. We where desperate and he used scare tactics to get us to retain him at a high rate. When it came down to protecting my son's rights he did nothing. My son got the max penalty. There are two things that are really disturbing about how he represents us. The first, he talked us into accepting the worst penalty with out explaining what was happing. I feel he only did this because he had already been paid. Second, and the most important reason, never to use Steven is that after he was paid he was unwilling to help. He walked us into accepting a 45 day alternative placement. We signed It because one of the schools that the district had on the list we felt could finally really help our son. When the school district later was unwilling to code the referral so my son could attend this school Steven did nothing to help for over two weeks. Finally I called the schools attorney to see if I could over come the situation. I got a finally I got a nasty call from Steven telling me this how unprofessional my action was. My reply is I hired you too fight for my son and you did not so I had too.

Do not hire Steven Glink we will not fight for you!!!

I would highly recommend Steve as an attorney. He helped me keep my job. He went above and beyond for me. He always returned my phone calls, text messages, and emails. He attended a hearing with only a few days notice, and he was very fair with his price.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Steven Glink charged a large retainer up front and then blew us off constantly. I had to show up at his office to speak in person. He told me not to get involved with the DCFS as they were making false accusations against my family. He was also in contact behind closed doors with the witch that was handling the case on the states end. Turns out they were friends. They used scare tactics to intimidate us. I ended up filing a hearing myself, and the case was completely dismissed with zero help from this thief lawyer. He refused to refund my family any money because he wrote ONE fax our behalf. He never had to show up anywhere in person. Cost us about 6 grand. He is a liar and a thief.

I hired Steve to defend me when I was in a horrible
Situation with the administration at my job. Steve quickly contacted the administration and demanded them to stop the harassment. Steve did an amazing job representing me while being compassionate, caring, and efficient. Steve also was very kind in only charging me the original retainer fee despite doing a significant amount of work. He is truly a great person and attorney and I highly recommend him!

Steven Glink is the best educations right lawyer. We hired Steve when our son, a junior in high school made a mistake and for unjustified reasons the school tried to throw the books at our son.
