Lazy, uninformed and disorganized!! I Chuck Nave for my divorce for longer than I'm happy with. When situations came up with my ex-wife I was the one left bringing ideas to the table instead of him telling me what we can do. He also handled a family members divorce and I hear the same thing from him. When complications with my ex-wife happened which involved visitation interference with my son I asked him if certain things can be done to which he said that it wouldn't be possible. With my new attorney however I was told that extended vacation time for the next year as a consequence for her interfering with vacation time the year before is actually part of Illinois Law which he seemed to not know. I will never recommend him to anybody so be careful if you do choose to use him.

I am quite frankly shocked that he seems to have such glowing reviews!
