I contacted this law firm and the receptionist told me I would get a call back that evening or the next day. I waited all evening and the next day and now it’s been over a week later no one ever called back. But it makes me glad to know not to waste my time with this place if they can’t follow up with people.

I never asked to be called back during the holidays, I was Told by the receptionist when to expect a call back and waited and never received the call. And I even waited for a week (after the holiday period) and still no call. Clearly all calls were not responded to if I never recieved a call back.
