As I see there is many good reviews and some bad reviews, well 1000' people may have different experiences , right ? Mine experience with Margaret Bennett was great and I like to say thank You one more time . Thank You gor taking care of my case . Divorce is very hard and difficult experience for all who is involved but may be less stressful and quick if there is someone who can help . And Margaret was here . She is very experienced person and yes , I would highly recomend her

Divorce, when you have children can be quite challenging. I was dealing with an extremely difficult situation with my ex husband regarding my decision to relocate my children. Mr. Bennett facilitated an agreement that both parties found acceptable. My move went smoothly and our transition has been amazing. I hired Bennett Law Firm to handle my custody case over my child with my exboyfriend. Amy was absolutely amazing with making me feel comfortable and took the time to explain each step of the process with me. She always got back to me via e-mail (which was my preferred method of contact) very quickly and answered every question that I would have. My ex and his lawyer tended to be less than cordial toward us and Amy handled every situation with class. Ms Bennett and team has been extremely helpful in ressolving my difficult divorce case. Unfortunately after ten years of marriage and a child, I had to get a divorce and it was ungly. With the help from Ms. Bennett's firm, we tried to mediate and use collaboratory tactics. After many conservatory approached failed, we moved on to the court trial. The case initially ended, "fairly" as standard as one would expect in the State of Illinois. Then there was second trial due to another claim from my greedy-crazy Ex. Even through latter case was very much more challenging, Ms. Bennett and staff was able to pull me through to the end!
