Found this attorney online while trying to search for someone local to represent me at the closing of my first new house.
As soon as I hired Al he stopped returning my phone calls and didn't care to answer any of my questions and concerns about the contract I was getting into. He basically just wanted to show up at the closing and get paid.
Al is looking for easy deals when it comes to closing on house.
Don't hire him because if there is
an issue he will rather tell you to find another attorney instead of doing what he was hired for. Worst experience ever.
