We hired Attorney Bob Kealy to handle the closing on the sale of our Town House in Highland Park. It was critical that we close as quickly as possible as we had already purchased a new home and were scheduled to close on the new home within three weeks.

We thought everything was in order, but we learned that a FEMA map showed that a tiny corner of the property we were selling was in a Flood Plain, when it actually was not. The buyers objected and threatened to cancel the deal. Bob went to work to correct the error working with FEMA
and other City and State Agencies and was able to prove that the map was in error and none of the property was in the Flood Plain.
