They submitted stuff they told me not to submit, but they did anyways, it hurt my case a lot. Not a lot of prep time, ,maybe 10 minutes prior to seeing the Judge, I had a feeling it was not going well, even though they said there are no jobs I can do, due to many mental and physical impairments. The Firm told me they would not help with my appeal.
I appealed myself, only to get turned down after 1 year of waiting, I was going broke, I lost everything due to my illness.
Once again thank you Jeffery Rabin and his associates.
If you are planning on using this firm understand this............you are not important. After 7 1/2 years on a very clear disability case, it would have taken 30 seconds to leave me a voice mail about what was sent, it would have taken 60 seconds to reply to the email. Yet I received neither. Nobody had less than 60 seconds to reply in one way or another to me.
If this is how hard these people are going to work for my case, the least they could do is tear up my contract with them so I could get representation from someone who will do more than just file paperwork and appeals.
Both hearinga I was told by the attorneys, second time being Jim Brown that they would do most of the talking. Both times they sat silent, scared to rub the judge the wrong way. SILENCE in the hearing. That was my representation.
7 1/2 of being disabled, and all anyone there can do is file paperwork.
After sleeping on the review I wrote last night, I had hoped to feel differently. Unfortunately I don't. The sad part is now being contacted by the office will just confirm what I stated.
Highly recommend
Our only criticism is that they are so busy that it sometimes took more than one call/e-mail to get in touch.
Nevertheless, we would strongly recommend this Firm for anyone in a similar situation.
I highly recommend Jeff and his team. They championed my case and I felt assured from the beginning that I would be approved.
Thank you Jeff, et al and please accept my gratitude.
His staff worked along side me to make sure everything was perfect for court day.
Had little contact with office emails was rarely returned. Had given them the list of all my doctors so they could get medical records. I gave them copies of alot of my medical records they came to the hearing with no updated medical records. It was obvious that i had been disabled for years even with the old records. Seemed like nothing was followed through on the end. Several people had asked for reference for my attorny i refused to give them direction to this office. I was extremely disappointed. I had my work comp lawyer for almost 8 years and was very happy and great attorny we all hugged and cried when my case finally closed. Never had an issue as i did with this office. The lawyer they assigned me to said she was contracted in and said so she rarely even checked her email. I wouldnt recommend this office.
Rosa is the only good thing that i found with dealing with this office!! She is a great person works hard and she is the only one i had much contact i can count on 2 hands how much contact i actually had.

I finally got a trial date & Robbery assured mr. We'd get together to go over things, he heard originally said we'd meet at the office a day or 2 prior to court, it turned into just show up about 5 minutes early that will be fine! I was sp nervous that's all I can think of to explain what happened (yes I'm on some strong narcotics), however I didn't take anything before hand, all I know is I feel asleep in my hearing, (I think my built up nerves finally relaxed & out I went. They went through with the hearing & the judge denied me, (seriously I'd live to hear the transcripts as I'd have to wonder about a judge who is ok with putting someone behind the wheel of a car that could nod out. Not to mention my pain dr. my primary dr both said I can't work, yet I still lost???
Don't even get me started with trying to actually get hold of Jeffrey, funny how after I lost the first hearing I filled out a general form to match me with other lawyers & Jeff actually calls me for my business???? I tried calling the number right back & I get his secretary who basically shamed me for filing out that form when they address already representing me! Never mind that maybe Jeffrey should already know I was his client for over 4yrs. I asked to speak to him as he had just called me but suddenly he wad RIP busy!
I've never ever been able to talk to Jeffrey but I'm still a client so I'm told!?
I just want to know what is going on, hear the first trial to understand how I was denied, (which the judge who denied me retired that week).
I remember I was so nervous because all Robert said about the trial wad that the judge were got was really tough!
Losing everything we're only with each passing year..
