ASG you were at a company I was working at today having a job fair. I didn't know their was a job fair going on until late afternoon. When I did come out to talk to you guys, I was told by a lady that you guys weren't seeing anyone else. You didn't offer me a business card nor did you ladies offer me any information about your agency. That was very unprofessional!! And yes the company was partially the blame also. If I could give no stars I most definitely would!!!

I recieved my check and I had a question regarding it because something on it didn't seem right I called them a woman answered sounded like a hoodrat and all I explained to her my problem she looked my account up and saw what I was talking about and said in her hoodrat voice so what's the problem and countinued to be rude I asked to speak to another person she gave me to the branch manager an I told her what happend and she said well you yelled at her yes I did after the fact that she was rude to me never going back here with these hoodrat trash ppl asg Glendale heights is amazing but this one should be shut down

This place sucks I've worked with them for a while on a few different jobs. My first job I took I was told I would be paid for 40 hours! I worked 40 hour a week but was only paid for 37! I told them this and they just said they'll pay me for the hours they get. I needed the job so I worked a few more months and still no changes after I talked to them every Friday when I got my check. It was like they didn't care so I quite the assignment and looked for another job. I went back 3 months later and took a assignment at weather tech and once again I was placed and wasn't doing what I was told I would be doing so I didn't stay this time. Since I didn't let them play me this time they put me down as I don't come to work and I that I had bad attendance which was a lie I always went to went to work. As a matter of fact I'm still friends with my boss that I worked for from my first job! Now since the BOLINGBROOK OFFICE put this in my notes none of the Asg locations want to work with me! It's not a big deal there's so many temp agencies in Bolingbrook that have the same and better jobs then them anyway. I just wanted to let people know that if you have to go to a temp and you don't have a background don't go to them try Prologistx first they look out for there employees and if you have to go to Asg go to the Aurora office there really nice over there they look out and help there employees

I am currently working for ASG staffing, overall their customer service stills are very poor. They talk to you any kind of way. They all give attitude. I believe if you want a professional staffing agency look elsewhere because this isn't it. They are rude and very unprofessional.
