I realize their cases may take awhile but I was disappointed with how they never got back to me after leaving numerous messages. But if you messenger them they do get back rather quickly.

It took five years to settle my case and I was not even the driver. Settled for a lot less to close the case . Signed the papers in April for the settlement and still have not got paid. They do not return call , no texting service to let you know by other means. Had to report them to the Law Association and the BBB before they made a move on my case.
