Jan Boback represented me in a domestic order of protection case. Her expertise and performance in court was nothing but stellar! For years, I have been bombarded with bad-faith petitions by my daughter's biological father; Though we've lived in Florida since my daughter was 17 months old (she'll be 12 in a week), the jurisdiction has remained, sadly, in Illinois.
