You can barely get ahold of your lawyer. You can call the office and request a call back or schedule a phone call appointment. The turn around time for communication responses is not practiced or accurate. Paralegals misinform clients and are not truthful in their mishaps to save their own tails. Russell began on a good note and steadilymade false promises, hopes, misconstrued information and all in all was incompetent. The only thing they were current and swiftly in doing was sending bill invoices. Totally for less than a year of work, it cost me about $6,000, for a simple family law case that should have been over with thousands of dollars ago and half the time. They will suck you dry then try to treat you as if you’re expecting to much from them. Many mistakes was made that could have been avoided. Clearly my case was lost in a sea of other cases he had. One would think he was a public defender attorney instead of a private attorney being paid out of your own pocket for services. Once you hire a lawyer, you should not have to go out on your own and produce results, gain information from other lawyer sites because you cannot get in contact with your own attorney. Many instances of poor communication, attention to detail and an unwillingness to do their jobs was the issue with this law office. Save your time and money. The only pro in this situation was Attorney Iyer. He was a pleasure and would really fight for you in court. He provided clarity, would suggest the best solutions and was very effective. Attorney Iyer should be the only one with a current license to practice.

Russell knows the complexities of divorce law and will aggressively fight hard for his clients' rights. He also speaks Spanish which allows him to assist the Spanish speaking community as well. I highly recommend Russell and his team.

I would not recommend. I never heard from Russell but when you called or emailed they were sure to charge you. And his front office staff, specifically ‘cindy’ I believe, is very unprofessional and rude.

I found Russell online, but not via Yelp -- I actually just found him by searching on Google for divorce attorneys in my area who had decent websites.
