They took more than 12 months just to file perm. Most of my colleagues (including me)who filed perm with them got an audit on their perm and had to move out of US because they didn’t get i140 in time. Very irresponsible firm.

Like all the other reviews state, your case is handled by paralegals not lawyers themselves. It takes them quite a while to reply to any emails with questions and concerns you may have. They did not send in all the documents we provided for our K1 visa application and we got a RFE for some documents we provided in the initial filing. Guess it’s how they get even more money from you. Would not recommend the service whatsoever

Our company briefly used Fragomen for our business-based visa processing, and we quickly switched to another provider. Communication is non-existent. It's almost impossible to get an attorney to talk to you. The cases are primarily managed by paralegals, who can't answer your questions. There's also a high turnover rate, so you never know who's actually working on the case. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
I worked with Fragomen for the K1 U.S. visa process. Communication wasn't the best and we were often left in the dark about our case until we followed up 2-3 times. There seems to be a high turnover as well - we were always dealing with different people.
I felt that for the fee we paid, the process should have been laid out in advance and well-explained, but it was not. There were many things we could have been compiling (photos, travel records/dates, etc.), but we weren't told to do this until the last minute. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they just weren't efficient.
We did get approved for the K1, which is the reason for 2 stars - but I would not recommend them. I even reached out to them just to see their pricing on a follow-up service - no reply. They don't seem to care about their clients.
