Horrible Law Office To Work With! Absolutely Unprofessional!!!

We made the mistake of doing business with this firm. I have been helping out a family member that is client. First off, the staff is very sloppy in handling the attorney's clients and files for cases. They never explain any documents they are filing for the client. They just want you to sign on the dotted line. Every time we ask for information or updates on the file they are slow in getting back to us or simply never get back to us at all. Today I called to follow up on a call from earlier in the week and they wanted to know why I was calling and sounded like they really could care less about provided or assisting with any information. As for Mr. Casas he is very disorganized and flips from nice to rude at any given moment. The entire office together is one big mess! Please go somewhere else for dealing with bankruptcy. My family member is elderly and I can't even imagine how sad it might be for older people to be taken advantage for their money for such bad and sloppy service. ***Buyer beware!*** ****Proceed with caution!**** ***Very Stressful to business with!***

They did a great Job in keeping us informed! Ricardo Casas was very kind and understanding at a very hard time for us. Kathy in the office was amazing
