I came across Ross Peters profile while looking for representation on a possible wrongful discharge case. Ross, and we all know how hard it is to reach lawyers , actually answered the phone , and took a good 20 minutes to talk to me about my case and potential options. He didn't rush me, or was dismissive on the phone , he actually made me feel like I was important. Called mr. peters about a situation at work. Gave all my info and his receptionist said it’ll be within 24 hours for a phone call; I got it in 10 minutes. Super fast response time and got straight to the point. He was super nice and friendly, talked to me like I was a human and didn’t act like I was a lawyer and knew lawyer terms. He informed me my situation would be difficult to prove, was compassionate about what happened to me, and instead of just pushing me away gave me a couple options to choose from. He let me know that if those options don’t work we can pursue forward, but to try those first and see what happens. First, I will start by saying that I was at the same job for over 20 years and in the last seven years have experienced cancer and a host of other chronic health issues. The business I worked for was having financial difficulties and was really tightening the belt in many areas and ways which they never had to do before.
