I did not even bother hiring this law firm as soon as I spoke to the David Herrera he was misleading me telling me the charges against me are much greater than they seem I don't know who he thinks he was talking to but I have been in and out of the court systems a 30-year career criminal nothing to be proud of but I know a thing or two about law he was trying to lead me to believe that and aggravated assault carry 6 years minimum and a robbery carried the same 6 years minimum both of these cases are not class X felonies in the state of Illinois Class X felony it carries 6 for 30 years now either he does not know what he's talking about meaning he is not a good lawyer or he is purposely trying to mislead me either way I can trust him nor his team. I just let him go with it to see where it leads I told him let me see what I am going to do as soon as I hung up I put him on block because he previously called me like two three times stalking me trying to make it seem like I am in grave Danger bottom line how can I trust somebody that does not know what they're talkin about or is purposely trying to mislead me

Back in Dec 18’ when I got in trouble I was sure that Id be in DOC by the end of that year. I have prepared for almost a year that I’d loose my car, (I did loose a previous job) my current job, my apartment, and a few loved ones including my girlfriend. This is the first time in my life besides a wings contest that I stuck it out (the criminal court processes) and I pretty much just stressed myself out. David literally filed for each process to be looked into and made sure I was aware of what was going on, even when I was frustrated. I must say, today that we won our battle because for me, I got exactly what I wanted, “NO JAILTIME BABY”!

In 2016 I was arrested for residential burglary. The case was pending in Dupage County and Vincent from Luisi Legal Group was able to get me expungable probation. I just completed my probation and will be eligible to remove this case from my record. I will never break the law again so I will never need legal services again, but have been referring friends and family to Luisi Legal Group because they do know what they are doing. Thanks.
