David handled my uncontested divorce: no regrets and highly recommend. He was always available to talk and explain whenever I had questions. Easy to talk to, professional, and handled business.

I retained David for an "uncontested" divorce, which my ex immediately contested, because she didn't like the minutiae. It took probably 6 months instead of 2. Much of that was from going back and forth with my ex and her multiple lawyers. Dave is easy to talk to and straightforward.

The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is that it sometimes took weeks for him to respond, and it was sometimes quite difficult to schedule face-to-face time with him. He prefers email, so that everything is documented, but that is sometimes not an efficient way. Not a big complaint, I would use him again.

Dave is very knowledgeable with things pertaining to the law and making sure things were done in a fair and honest way. He really get to know all the details of my case and was always available to discuss things when i needed on every possible ways of communications. I feel choosing Dave as my attorney was a best choice for me and he got my divorce finalized in the best possible and favorable way I had expected it to be.

The guy that answered the phone did not give me his name and started asking questions. He then told me that a free consultation wouldn't do me any good because it's a formula for child support. I proceeded to ask additional questions and the guy raised his voice saying it's a Blanking formula. So I hung up and here I am now writing this post. I would not use this company's services nor would I recommend them to anybody. I hope this attorneys office goes belly up.

So please see exhibit A on yelp I have attached a 2 minute call to his number from my call history. If this didn't happen why do I still have it in my call logs, and why did my consultation only last 2 minutes which was rounded up to the next minute by my cell provider. The call was probably a little over a minute because he was so rude, and he's continuing to private message me about this.

Dave is an awesome attorney! My divorce was supposed to be simple and uncontested. That turned into my ex disappearing for 2 years before she signed and me not contacting Dave during this time because I wasn't sure if he could do anything. When I did contact him I wasn't even expecting a response but Dave simply said we'll transition to contested, have her served and this will be over shortly. A couple months later my divorce was finalized without issue. Dave was always available to answer any questions either through text, calls or emails and you always knew he had your back. Hopefully I don't have to contact him again for the same reason but I will not hesitate if it comes to that. The only attorney I've ever worked with that made you feel like a friend was helping you out. Highly recommend!

Best divorce ever! Ok, my first divorce, but David was amazing. I was having issues working out dissolving my civil union in Chicago while I lived in NY. David made the process super easy, and even followed up with me when I forgot to reply to emails. The process was super fast.
