There’s nothing anyone can say bad about the people here at this law firm, they’re really outstanding when it comes to taking care of business!!! I did not know what the outcome might have been prior leading up to my trial. I received a ticket for following to closely that resulted in a bad car accident that I felt in my heart I knew I was not guilty of, but understanding the level of difficulty when it comes to defending against a following to closely ticket plus my previous issue on my driving record.. I did not feel like I was a good position. My attorney reached out to me the night before, he was smooth and very confident. His confidence made me confident. He explained to me what the game-plan was going to be, and that I did not have to show considering how far I live from the courthouse. Then said our goodbyes and he will give me a call tomorrow in the morning between 8:30am - 9am. Fast-forward.. to the morning I received a text @8:53am case dismissed.

My case was dismissed thanks to DDT. I had sold a vehicle last year and the buyer never transferred the title/ownership. When the driver was arrested for driving with suspended license the car was impounded and the fees were sent to me... including the suspended license charge. Court date was yesterday. Called Drivers Defense the day before court. I had gotten pulled over for a License Plate cover. Then found out my license was suspended. Judge called my name. Quick results! I live in Texas and received a speeding ticket while visiting Chicago on St Patty's Day weekend 2019. I waited about 2-3 weeks for the ticket to be posted online and I didn't like the options they had to take care of the ticket. So, I found DDT's website online and used the online chat feature to ask if they were able to help me since I live out of state. They gave me a call right away and I sent them my information. Horrible. Why? I was deceived by the friendliness over the phone. I spoke to someone by the name of Maria who repeatedly told me she was going to call me back with definitive findings and etc. I was cool and calm about it because as I stated, they are definitely friendly. Nevertheless, for well over a month, I've been consistently trying to get clear answers after she consults with an attorney and the calls never come nor are they returned. It's quite disheartening and disappointing because in my case, it sends customers false hope and it is very misleading. Don't be fooled by the friendliness. If you do decide to do business with them and they tell you that they are going to follow through, don't be surprised if Maria or any other gatekeepers don't.

As a more seasoned defendant I can honestly in good faith say this is who you need to call ... They go above and beyond.... I got charged with a DUI and a speeding ticket. After receiving a bench trial I was found not guilty of all charger. All of the staff was awesome and a pleasure to work with.

Called Driver Defense Team last minute. Literally the day before court date as I had written it for wrong day. Spoke with a ver cordial and reassuring Riccardo on phone.
Gave him all the info regarding the three tickets (yes you read it three tickets!). After email copies of tickets and court informatation, I was informed they could help me and would go to court for me the next day. Also that the fee was a flat fee and would include any further court appearances. I was overjoyed as it was very reasonable.
The next day I received phone call around noon to let me know case had been dismissed and would receive no penalties or further action necessary.
