If i could rate him 10 stars I would! By far the best lawyer i have worked with. I was fighting my fourth DUI for over 2 year with a different lawyer and I decided to hire Acosta and he resolved my DUI case in 3 months with a win! I highly reccomend him!

Has wrong number but made the choice to continue to call me and curse me on the phone several times, including from a spoofed number. I now have harassment charges filed against him. One of the times he answered when I called to get his information an officer was on the phone but he hung up before more information could be gathered. Then called on a spoofed number to curse at me while the officer was still right there!! Unbelievable!!

The paperwork, when I asked for an update the paperwork was still incomplete. When I inform them I no longer wanted them to continue with the case they told me they did not speed up the process because I had not paid for another “application fee” of $535. Although they had not inform me about the $535 fee I still offered to pay for it. And I asked how long would it take after paying for it he said one week. That’s when I knew they had no clue what they were doing and they just wanted more money. To complete nothing. Joseph Venditti was also very unprofessional and dissepctful. He was screaming at me when I asked for proff of what he had done so far with the money I had paid so far. He was not aware of anything about the case or paperwork and had to contact his assistant who had no knowledge as about it as well . His temper got out of control and asked for me to leave to avoid any further explanation.

Dosent call to give up dates on the case went to the office twice and wasnt even able to speak to my laayer without an appointment.at my last court date my attorney didnt even bother to show up or even call me to tell me that he wouldnt be present. Someone else from his firm told me that the attorney wont even procede with a trial til all the money was paid off which i understand but i wasnt working st the time and only had 500 for down payment which the receptionist stated they dont have to give me it back. Fred Acosta charged me $6000 for dropping a felony charge to a misdemeanor. I still did 180 days of house arrest. And to be honest i think I would have got the same results with a cheap $1000 dollar lawyer. There was guys with worst records than mine and got of with the same bond fees with lawyers that charged them only $1000 . I was dissapointed to hear that from them. Fred is not easy to like. He could have very easily taken me on as a client, which would have resulted in a $750 charge. Instead he was generous and helped me with simple advice. My mother took some paperwork to be translated over a month ago and still has not received her paperwork nor the translated documents. Rosable is the head administrator in the office and has the worst customer service, she is the person translating the paperwork for my mother. When my mother went to ask on the status of the paperwork, Rosable gave my mother an attitude. Then 3 weeks into having my mothers document to translate, Rosable takes a vacation without giving my mother her paperwork. Supposable she took the paperwork with her on vacation to work on it, this was a week and a half ago and my mother still has no translated paperwork, nor her original documents to be able to go somewhere else.

Very helpful!! Straight to the point, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Hiring this firm was absolutely a mistake... I should have known it was the wrong choice at the consultation which lasted about 5 minutes. The lawyer I spoke to never even asked details about my case, heck he didnt even show up to my court dates, he sent 2 different "associates" on 2 different days. Both which didnt even know the details about my case. No one even bothered to contact me after my first court, I had to contact them... overall worst experience ever. Waste of my money, I would have been better off getting a public defender.

This is probably the worst firm anyone can ever try to use. I wanted to use them for an immigration matter. First of all the availability is awful. I had to take a day off of work in order to be able to meet with them. They are only available to meet with clients after 2PM. Never heard of any firm that never has any mornings available. Now on the day of they call me to cancel apparently the person that was going to take my case has a week long trial. Now this goes to show how professional they are. How do you not know that you have a week long trial? Sounds very unorganized. My advice use another firm.

Attorney Acosta handled both of my son's felony cases: delivery of a controlled substance and burglary to a vehicle. Both cases were pending at the same time! Although his partner, attorney Ronald Batovski was the lawyer who showed up to court, I could tell that the two lawyers were always on the same page. The outcome was amazing: 2 years probation that can be wiped CLEAN off my son's record if he does not violate the conditions. This law firm is aggressive & results-driven. I highly recommend this firm to handle ANY criminal matter. These guys are not afraid to fight a case either.
