They are very unprofessional staff I been interviewing customer from this place the lacking of sending paperwork modification to bank and also customer sometimes call there bank for the status on them modification the bank tell the customer there no lawyer on their file and that they haven’t received no paperwork from no lawyer what they do in this office is the take instead of helping why let me tell u why they delay the modification paper how by not sending it to the last minuete to make customers pay more monthly then they tell customers they that therebank needs more paper work from them to let time pass and they get paid more money monthly for there some call service this problem has caused there customers to lose there house and money then they come up with that is your fault when your paying them to help you that why every body you call their bank for modifications status they would let you know if your lawyer reached out to them to send the modification paperwork they could also tell you if your lawyer been working with them on your modification. The bank will tell you the information. Please people be aware and if something you don’t believe is right ask question or ask you bank if your lawyer has been working with them on your modification and they even fired one of there workers caused she does not want to participate in their fraud

Not even going to give them a star, not deserving. I got a call to ask me if I could make it earlier to my appt. I did, then they made me wait 20 minutes! they asked me to send them my paperwork to review to see if they could take my case, never got a response even after 2 follow up emails !! TERRIBLE SERVICE

Best lawyer for any problem for you house.

Two words to describe David Koch - "Always there". He was constantly in touch, keeping me posted on next steps of my "tricky" sale. He personally visited the property few times before inspections, ensured readiness or sent me pictures of what needs to be addressed for positive inspection. Never seen an attorney so involved in the success of his client.

David Koch is interfering in our condo association to help a friend. Very unprofesional as he does not care that 78.6% removed the board. He is not even the listed agent for the board. Illegal and ridiculous

I started my case with them back in April of last year and they did help with my child support case, but I don’t feel like they helped me all the way. I still haven’t received a single child support payment and when I ask the paralegals questions they don’t answer them. So now I paid them all this money and got nothing resolved with child support.

I was recommended Koch & Associates by a coworker's friend. The whole staff was very nice and professional. Throughout my Bankruptcy process, I mainly kept in contact with Marilyn Gomez (secretary). Marilyn was very helpful in guiding me, answering all my questions with expertise and delivering awesome customer service. I definitely would recommend Koch & Associates to friends and family.

I paid $200 for one letter and found myself in a situation where Mr. Koch was not interested in my case not responsive at all. One day
I Called his office in the morning to talk with him for 5 mins to learn more about my case. His secretary told me was not there. He would call me back once he gets back. Even I called him when he was there. Couldn't talk with him for 5 mins. And his secretary told me to come to office other day for what we could talk on the phone. I am really upset for the service I got. I would not recommend this kind of service to anybody unless it is the person im fighting with.
