I just finished my 3rd interaction with Bradford Miller Law. All have taken place in the past 2 years, and I could not say enough positive things about Brad or his assistant Elizabeth. All 3 times I have used them (a purchase, a refinance, and a sale) there has been some complicated pieces to the transaction. Brad has handled everything in an outstanding manner. And with a very fair price. In fact, I was given a return client discount applied to my sale. During all interactions every call or e-mail was returned immediately. In the case of the most recent sale they closed yesterday (2-14), there were many many e-mails and calls. All due to the buyer not using people of Brad’s caliber or professionalism. But thanks to Brad’s expertise and diligence, the transaction stayed the course and he saved me some money in the process. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Brad and would highly recommend him. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Not only is Mr. Bradford Miller knowledgeable of real estate law, but he is a tough negotiator that understood our needs. He improved the dynamic of the negotiation on a $2.5M+ commercial property purchase, helping us navigate two complicated leases, multiple CC&Rs, easement documentation, title reports, and other due diligence related items.
