Scam They make you go to the dr they work with who don’t even help your injury I’m still hurtin then Kristin kladus the lawyer and her secretary Judy steal your money from you they don’t pay your medical bills . The girls don’t speak English you can’t eveb understand wat they sayin and everyone nasty and rude . I’m goin to report this place and the lawyers

I was lied to by attorney Kristin Kladis who works for this law firm. Told facebook and Jonathan Walner.

I had a bad injury at work and I was referred to Walner Firm to review my case. Walner law was very helpful and were very strong in fighting the insurance company on my accident. The law firm fought for more money and in the end I finally got my settlement check for 3 times the amount the insurance company initially offered. Thanks for seeing this through and helping me survive financially through this crisis.

Like other reviewers have stated, if you're not a case worth BIG $$$, they'll put your case at the bottom of the pile and spend little resources on it. Every time I try to speak to the attorney on my husband's case I get put through to the attorney's voicemail. Can't get anyone to return my call the same week. Always takes over a week with multiple calls to get anything answered. The receptionist/paralegal somehow never finds my file at the time of the call. She says someone must be working on it, yet weeks later there's still no update because no one's working on it.

I am happy with this law firm. I got my check and life is good.

I was with another Injury Law firm in Chicago and they told me I had no case. I talked with other law firms and found Walner Law firm. I was very happy with my settlement. Walner was very professional and returned my calls all the time. They were able to get me and big settlement even though other law firms would not take my case.

Jonathan Walner is my attorney but he is very rude for law firm that called me, very poor communication, I should have called da Illinois hammer! Big mistake 2 go these guys because I’m starting 2 regret my decision

Received a call after my motor incident where I received a concussion. I was told everything would be paid for and I needed to receive scans (to be fair, I did) as well as go to physical therapy. After spending hours over the span of a few months, they kept insisting I go to their physical therapist that was an hour away that I couldn't make. They finally told me to find someone nearby and then immediately dropped my case, leaving me with a $3,000 medical bill. I spoke with the actual attorney for about 5 minutes (after waiting to speak with him for months) to which he spent most of it telling me how hot the women in lincoln park are. Do not allow them to take your case.

Update 1/8/2019: I sustained a concussion and lost feeling in the right hand. I'm currently still going to doctors in regards to the incident. I received a call in which Mr. Walner explained to me that I should change my review because they have families and kids they need to worry about (one of the most infuriating things I've ever heard). He stated that he would help me with the bill mentioned (but still would not take the case), and I refused as I would personally rather take out a loan than trust this firm again.

Biggest mistake ever to go to this law firm. Harvey Walner his self is rude. Jeffery Levin called me to go to this law firm. Told me that I would be taking my kids to Disney Land after this case.
Well let me tell you.... that won't happen with this law firm. They passed my case around so much I couldn't keep up with who had my case.
They had been waiting on a x ray for over 8 months that they still never received.
They would ask me to call to find out if I had any bills at the hospital.
They offered to pay me out of their "own pocket" over the phone because we kept asking about a open and shut case that has taken over a year.
They are absolutely the wroat law firm I've dealt with.
Please don't waste your time. My offer was less than $1000 for a concussion....

Worst lawyer firm. The proof is definitely in the reviews or just call the staff. COMPLETELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I wouldn’t have ever had them represent me & the ironic part is I never called don’t know how they got my number & preceded to call non stop trying to convince me to let them represent me through Michael Levin or whatever his last name so be aware of there tricks & trades (I see why now they ambulance chasers) lbvs! Getting rich off our problems, pain, & suffering. They always say what they can do or did past tense SHOW PEOPLE as practice what you preach !

The worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. Very poor representation. They supposedly represented me in a accident case and they did absolutely NOTHING but waste my time. They never follow up with you, Everytime I’ve communicated with anyone from their office I had to contact them! All information obtained throughout the duration of my case was discovered from my own personal investigation! So why the hell am I paying 40% of collected funds TO REPRESENT MYSELF!

I wish I would have seen these ratings before I choose Harvey Walner and Assoc. If your not a big money making case they dont give a rats ass about getting you the best settlement. They settled my case, I did not recoup my lost wages, no pain and suffering, my co-pays for physical therapy which was $400.00... I did not want to take the settlement but Mr. Henry did not give me much choice... My settlement was $10k after everything I got $2800.00
