Arlington is awesome! He kept me updated throughout the process of court and texted me back quickly. Arlington got me a deal and got my OUI completely thrown out & i was charged with something much less which was equivalent to a misdemeanor which I’m ok with because i was for sure i was gonna be charged with a felony! Arlington explained everything to me to make sure i was comfortable with the proceedings. My family thanks you Arlington.

I got an OWI back in June. After doing some research, I found Arlington Foley Jr. and seen that he had dealt with many OWI/DUIs. After consulting I decided he was affordable and would make this a quick process. I hired him and I’m already getting my license reinstated in less than a month! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an attorney to make your DUIs go away!

I highly recommend Mr. Foley to anyone. Helping with an assortment of different types of cases he has shown he is very well educated. I had a "disregarding lighted signal" basically blowing a red light, he worked his magic and got it dropped down to a littering charge and made the process very easy to understand and kept me in the loop of what he was up to and how he was getting it done. arlington foley jr is awesome! he was the first atterney to response back to my inquiry, i literally heard back from him the very next day. he immediately put me at ease about my case and was very thorough with explaining the whole process to me. he works quickly, within a month my case was resolved; always kept me updated and was always ready to answer any questions i had. not planning on getting in anymore trouble with the law but, if i did i'd definitely call him to represent me again.
