The last chapter against reverb. Collin M of reverb lp along with Neal M and company typed up a 6 page report of lies, every page, lies on top of more lies, to the Illinois atty general in which Taylor Gusich sent me, saying officially they can do nothing further, and that this complaint does not warrant formal enforcement. How does 6 pages of lies not warrant enforcement of any kind, informal or not. So not only are the staff at reverb morally corrupt and utterly incapable of providing responsible honest reliable service and support, but Taylor Gusich and crew are just as compromised. Collin says they prides theirself on being like minded people. They live in the sunken place, the twilight zone, where right is wrong, and 2 plus 2 is five. So in their community, if they pride themselves on living the exact opposite in the way everybody else I know, and have known, has lived, then I pride myself, and thank heavens, that I am not part of this community. Probably the best thing to happen to me in a while was to be ousted from this community. B/c I left with a smile on my face. They tried to prove their case by re-arranging the time and chronology of events. Another reason why I thank God Almighty hopefully I won't ever have anything to do with these people. Both this office and reverb LP have life confused and it appears they are incapable of unconfusing themselves. They say I went off on them, which I did, and that was the reason for their decision, and had I apologized, they would of considered reinstatement. Which is another lie. I went off on them after they made their decision. Most people would. And I won't apologize for any of it, and I own every word i said about them. And I'd say it to their face just as well. Each and every one of them. Because a lie is a lie. No matter how bright the lipstick is on the pig.

So the consumer fraud bureau was useless. Filed a complaint against a company and it took 2 and a half months to hear that they closed the complaint after receiving the business's side of the story a week ago. It took 2.5 months for this completely one sided process to go from sent, received, arbitrated (one sided with no opportunity to present my reply to their initial response to the complaint), and closed. Useless. And a waste of time.

If you think a charity who gets funds from the government grant program is doing fraud and scamming the people you should make a complaint. I made a complaint about Shelter Care Ministries and they just received funds for the homeless..what a joke..

We the community of Des plaines filed complaints regarding ICCD and ICCD Academy and unfortunately we did not get any help yet from AG office.Its very sad that we the community keep many hopes on AG but we did not get any yet, its being almost a Year we are waiting for the AG help.

Too often people are victims of crimes, of frauds, of thefts, of predatory practices and organizations that benefit from the misfortune of others. When you feel you are being victimized, when all reasonable measures are exhausted and everything you try appears futile, call the office of the attorney general of IL, Lisa Madigan. They listen, they advise. In one case merely mentioning that you have contacted this office made a difference. Call them if you find a scam, unsavory practices, to learn what actions you should take, whether you should file a report. They will advocate for and help senior victims of abuse, neglect, financial exploitation. They advocate for women, offer services for victims of violent crimes. I have the utmost respect for this office and this attorney general.
