Literally run! these reviews are phony. The lawyer suzanne has clients write them prior to outcomes. I am filing an ARDC report because of the truly unethical behavior of these people. Eventually I will be filing suit against them, they are that bad!

The other law firm I previous hired wanted to charge me over $2000 and it was all on the phone I never even met with a lawyer in person. This law firm I received a discount and paid only $598. You meet with lawyers in person. The lawyers spend over an hour with you going over the entire process in great detail and what I needed to do. They answer all my questions. They maybe the cheapest around, but it’s not worth it!! Stay away from them; they collect your money, and don’t care about their clients. They answer your phones and even call you back to get your services; once money exchanges, you don’t hear anything not even email!! What’s so messed up they got $500 of my money with a balance of $94 and hasn’t returned my calls or emails. I am warning you all; stay away!!

Went to the office today, they wouldn’t even let me upstairs. They answered the phone for the receptionist at the first desk. She claimed she was the answering service.. So of course they wouldn’t allow me in. However, I called straight back from my phone and no answer!! They think I’m playing I will get my money back..

It’s my first time filling for BK and let me tell you I was so nervous and scared but this office is so wonderful and helpful and everyone is great . They are affordable and i totally recommend them !

I believed i was receiving a great price to file bankruptcy but i would rather pay more to someone that will actually be professional and handle business. I sent text messages, emails, and voicemails of course no one got back to me. Suzanne was dealing with my case. I paid the 550 plus 335 in filing fee. Only when i texted them that i would be coming in to bring my money is when i got a reply back to my text messages. They take your money and deal with you on they terms.

If anyone complains it's probably because they didn't pay.

I filed bankruptcy on 10/1/2016. it was $550 plus filing fee. it is affordable, but you can't get any answers from them even if you email them, call and leave 100's messages. NOBODY will call you or email you back, don't hope ! I tried many times, I only received emails when they were ready to update me with requirements. I saw my attorney twice, the 1st time with the initial visit when I paid their fees and the 2nd time when I had meeting of creditors (don't miss it), they will send you text message and email, and you will get official court paper. don't you hope they ever answer your call or email, but at the end my bankruptcy was successfully discharges at last!!

They will take your money with no regard to your case. I paid all money on time and suzanne says you can talk to her 24/7 but its a lie.You could never talk to a lawyer. You have to email or call the law firm, leave a vm and one of the paralegals will email you back a week and a half later. I filed my case a few days late and i couldnt get to suzanne to fix things. What a waste of time and money.

DO NOT use these people! they just took $300 deposit yesterday for a case I told this first thing this morning I didnt want to continue, asked for the deposit back they are giving me a run around I have reported to BBB in Chicago, and my local bank. They set up a gmail account and now they have went in and disabled it and changed the recovery address after I called their bluff. Glad I didnt give the the complete balance!

This is a horrible company I wouldn't recommend anyone going to them they will not answer ur call you can a thousand times leave voice mail you still wouldn't get a call back they will not keep you up dated with ur case until it time for You to go to Court at the last minute witch might be 2-3 until ur court date bad company stay away from them

I would not recommend this service to anyone they tell you one thing and do another I have been trying to reach this company for two weeks leaving messages , I have paid my legal fees with them Chapter 7 once they get your money for their fee then you cannot reach them until they are ready.
