They're currently working on our process and I'm very unsatisfied. Everytime I visited the office I saw different people who gave us different and short information that definitely caused us to waste a lot of time in the process. My husband got super mad the first and only time he went there. We paid ALL in advance in just one payment and have got ZERO personal attention. It's just a big firm which already forgot the basics of customer service.
And my case should be an "easy one" so unless that's your case and you don't care about personalized service you better find something better. We all deserve better service than what this firm provide. Very unpleasant.
