Although, I had initiated my asylum case with another immigration attorney, I started working on my case with attorney Bayarjargal.S in 2013. The fact that he speaks my native language has been proven to be a huge advantage for the success of my case, since then. A year after that, I was called for an asylum interview. Before the interview was held, I had prepared for the interview with attorney Bayarjargal. Despite of his best effort, our case was transferred to U.S. Immigration Court in Chicago, because the interviewing officer deemed that there was conflict between what I said and what was written in my personal statement. After we had a Master Calendar hearing in the immigration court, we waited almost 4 years for our Individual Hearing or Final Hearing in the immigration court.

Our individual hearing was held in August of this year, 2019. Thanks to attorney Bayarjargal, I was able prepare thoroughly for the individual hearing, so that my asylum was approved by the immigration judge, after about 3 hours of direct and cross examinations by attorney Bayarjargal.S and the attorney for U.S. Department of Homeland and some additional questions by the immigration judge. Attorney Bayarjargal. S was able to prepare additional legal brief, country condition reports, and other necessary materials before the final hearing. My family is very thankful the hard work, high level of professional endeavor, and due diligence he has done for us. We wish him great success for his career.

I would like to write my experience with lawyer Mr. Bayarjargal in the hope that it would help others who are looking for immigration services. I and my husband both were on F1 status and I wanted to change my visa status from F1 to F2 as soon as possible. However, due to new laws and regulations it became a time consuming and long process to change the status. It is very tricky situation that USCIS might reject your application if you do not provide sufficient evidence to justify that you have met all the requirements for USCIS. Even USCIS started to require a finger printing process for a visa status change. Even though one might have been carefully following all the rules, professional help will safe your time and case.
