Through this whole nightmare, John Barker reassured me that I do have a case and I'll be on top when it's all done.only thing to say is that these laws need to change bc yes, we the people get a little of cash back, which does help but I believe we never come on top bc of depreciation value, and maybe the interest you've been paying for the vehicle and all the headaches.on that note there was nothing john could further do for me, but he did get me close to the max for my vehicle, I am greatly appreciated for that. I purchased a 2016 2SS Camaro Convertible new and had problems with it from the beginning. Called today, they are not attentive at all. Mohammad continued to talk without listening or giving advice. I explained that the case is very rare and I needed to discuss further. I should have been more alert and more educated on the wording in their contract because the settlement and the amount of the attorney Fee's are not what I thought that they would be by time they finished they are receiving a little more than half of the settlement of course its all in the wording that is how they get ya! After 3 lawyers saying my lemon law expired, this lawyer took the time to review paperwork free and found a loophole.
Chrysler took the car back after 3 years and paid everything off and even had cash down to buy a better car, Both Chrysler and this attorney are awesome.
Can't stress enough save every repair record even a oil change record or a car seat cover invoice. it proves your case you took care of auto.

Fee's are very reasonable in fact lower then most I was quoted that said I was expired. Their loss as there was a loophole and these guys took the time to find it and help.
I am in Wa State, and took a chance since they were not and it was well worth it! These guys know the laws and if you have a case or not.

Who ever thought someone can win a Lemon-Law case at the State Attorney General's office. Well, The legal staff of Krohn & Moss assigned these great professionals to our case; Mohamed Somji (Attorney). and Natali Gerani (Head Paralegal). They made it happen for my wife and myself. It was as if we won the Lottery! Mohamed came to Florida from Chicago, totally prepared to support us and our case against the giant, Ford Motor Co.
I had a few issues with my vehicle but the main problem was that the new car (2018 Ford Edge Sport) would not always start when I pressed the start button. It was "intermittent". So whenever it happened, I videoed the actual "No Start" with my phone. So, if you have a problem with your vehicle and you repeatedly bring it back to the dealer for repair and they keep giving it back to you with "can't duplicate the problem" on the service report, keep bringing it back everytime it occurs. Also, if your can, video the problem as it is happing of the vehicle. It makes for great supporting evidence. But most of all, if it can't be repaired by the dealer after multiple attempts, call KROHN & MOSS and let them review your problems and represent you against the giant manufacturers. Ford sent four representative's to the hearing against myself and my wife and of course Mohamed. He had all my videos on his laptop, and all service records that I had been sending to Natali for almost a year. The bottom line is you can win with KROHN AND MOSS, WE DID!!!

I had a 2017 Mercedes-Benz SLC43 that had numerous problems and sadly only one problem technically qualified under the lemon law. In short, it took nine months from initial consult to receiving the settlement. It turns out Mercedes really doesn't want to take back a vehicle, hah.

My only (minor) gripe I had was with the Florida attorney I was assigned, Rachel, who is no longer here. She was not very attentive or responsive and during the hearing I had to bring up facts and rebuttals that she didn't think of (contradictions from the opposing counsel). I had to reach out to Natali to get any updates.

On the other hand, I had fantastic experiences with Natali, Mohamed, and Brent. They proceeded to keep me updated every step of the way and ensured everything was taken care of.

If you have a lemon law case, this is who I'd recommend. When I reached out to competing firms before K&M, they wanted me to sign a contract stating I'd still be liable for fees of up to $6000 if they didn't win the case. K&M only charges you a flat fee that they take from the settlement check upon winning. Of course, this also means if you don't have a strong case they will turn you away. Get some more service records, pictures and videos and come back.

Purchased a new vehicle that required a lot of service and many ongoing issues. We purchased a Ford 350 D July 2016 and within six months we began to have problems with the truck. We completely loss brake and steering abilities. My husband saw the steering fluid was below the minimum line and the power break fluid was normal. We took the truck back to the dealership and they were surprised we loss the ability to stop the truck. The dealership had the truck for one week, fix the truck and told us everything checked out okay; letting us know there was a crack in the power steering housing unit. Within a 1000 miles from the first incident, my husband was pulling out of the driveway and again the power steering and breaks went out! Once again, the power steering fluid was below minimum and the break fluid was normal. So why did we loose breaks? The dealership had the truck for three weeks; replacing the hydro-booster. We found out the hydro-booster supplies power to steering and breaks; we feel this is a manufacture design defect.
