Shaun was great. He took the time to make sure we understood all of our documents and gave us additional information we needed to know since we were moving to Indiana from another state. Cindy in the office was awesome. She communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed.

I was taken to jail by the lake county sheriff for a owi I think that what they had charged me. And I was booked in the lake county jail. And that was the the best thing that happened to me . I had met Shaun Olsen in November 2019 . My court date was set for January 16, 2020. But my attorney was able to resolve this issue with No Points on my driving record and I don't have to go to court in a couple of weeks. Caused of Shaun Olsen great job . I was informed every step of the way dealing with how he was going to approach this case. So hell yeah this firm deserves the recognition they deserves. This is starting my 2020 off on the right foot . Thank you guys take a bow yall deserve it.

I received two tickets. They were pretty ridiculous. One was in Hammond, for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign (but really, it was good enough!) later I found through some political connections it is a trap for revenue generation. Then, I received a speeding ticket on 80/94. It is a 55mph, I mean, come on, everyone knows how 80/94 is. My driving record was great up to this point. So, I hired Olsen, WOW. First off, their office was in communication with me throughout the whole process, I never had to run them down for information. Also, he got one ticket completely tossed out, the other one (speeding) he got knocked down to a non moving violation (failure to provide registration). The result was, I got to rub Hammond's nose in it, ha! and the other resulted in no points, and was very cheap to pay. I HIGHLY recommend Olsen legal group. Also, the front office staff was very polite and always answered my questions. Hope this helps some people out there.

Attorney Olsen is the best!! He explains the process in detail, makes appointments to speak with you so you can have uninterrupted conversation, and he knows his business!!! He's also straight forward, very reasonable, and honest

His incompetence got my license suspended!!!!!
I was going to give two stars and then I couldn’t even do that. I hired mr Olsen to take care of a speeding ticket for me, I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with how I was treated before and after he got my license suspended. He talked to me before I paid him and after the money was sent it couldn’t have gone more wrong. I paid him the money that we agreed upon and after my court date came and went I heard nothing so I called, of course he wouldn’t talk to me so I spoke with an assistant and she told me he said, O yea there was nothing in the court system with your name on it, your good. Just wait and see what happens he tells me. So that’s what I did and then I get a letter in the mail stating my license is suspended until this is resolved. He then proceeded to tell me it’s no big deal he will take care of it on Monday, so I told him that isn’t going to work and he needs to take care of it today so he reluctantly went to the court house and got it absolved. He then tells me not to worry my license will be cleared up in a few days and that I now owe him more money. It was two weeks for my license to be reinstated. PLEASE WEIGH YOUR OPTIONS AND PERHAPS CONSIDER SOMEONE ELSE.

I had a problem with my HOA and took the issue up with attorney Olsen. We brought in all original closing documents and left them in his care. Today is Dec. 15 and I have still have never heard back from attorney Olsen and when I went to get my closing papers several were missing. I would never recommend this firm to anyone!!
