I wouldn't even give her one star I had to to be able to write review when I needed help she was very nasty and rude I was in a vulnerable state and after talking to her I wanted to jump off a cliff she shouldn't be the face of that law firm.... commercial IS a joke..if you need help DON'T CALL HER

Wonderful attorney!

Her tv commercial is a joke. She doesn't treat you like a person. I have a Spinal cord injury which will eventually lead to total paralysis. I can not work and its draining my family of all assets. My parents have to sell their home to make ends meet. This wouldn't be happening had she made any effort to help me. Your better off without her!

Ann is a great attorney and is not upset when dealing with me due to my head injury. Sue is her assistant and is just as great. My experience so far has been excellent.

Please take precautions. I had been continuously calling and trying to get ahold thru email, chats on their website, and numerous calls giving my info and story to leave a message when she was at hearings. She certainly does NOT make time for new clients. Get a call today and she was way to short, cutting me off over and over when trying to tell her my story, diagnoses. She was very blunt and did not make me feel good AT ALL. Left me very uneasy and discouraged. No worries, found another lawyer and calling tomorrow!!! She was soo incredibly rude and interrupted and basically never listened and didnt let me finish any of the things I planned on saying. Everyone looking for a disability lawyer has struggles, fears, and needs to be heard or given a chance. She said...first call, after A MONTH of trying so hard to even reach her and none of the secretaries giving her my messages which is so incredibly fruatrating!, to not call back until I talk to all my doctors and specialists and have a whole team on board, or otherwise I dont stand a chance. Um, I have plenty of proof I can't work...but she didnt let me share anything close to what I needed to say but that's ok because I'm not going to waste my time on her. Yes, I will do my homework, just very upset with secretaries and team that they didnt give her messages or she, herself ignored them. Let me make this clear. They should have gave me a heads up about what she will ask me in first call or to at least to call or meet up with all doctors ahead of time to ask if they will support me because apparentally I have to have them on my side and supporting me thru this whole fight. I don't even know if this is normal!? Anxious to see if next guy, who is rated 5 stars not 3, will guide me thru it and actually help me, not make me feel alone.
However, my friend had/used her for disability and she said there was a couple downers but she herself will help fight. Nope. Totally opposite for me. Please. For your sake, go to a 4.8-5 rated lawyer, I found 3 others that are, and I wont give up. She again, will ruin your day, literally was doing great before she called!

I would not recommend her. My son passed away Sept 19th 2017 after a six year battle with mental illness. She was not able to help us obtain Social Security benefits. He actually passed away from hemochromatosis which attacked his major organs. Six years ago he self medicated with alcohol which was used against him as he repeatedly tried to obtain benefits.He died with zero alcohol in his system. Our family feels we would have been better served had we done our homework.
