She was very arrogant and didn’t help us with the case even though she was paid ahead. She basically rob us money and time.

This woman does not even deserve 1 star. However in order to post I had to click on it. I have never felt so belittled, un heard, and shamed for sharing my concerns & asking questions for clarification. As if that wasn't enough she told me that there was nothing she could do in regards to an order that was filled. However, I later discovered I had 30 days to appeal the order which fell in the time frame Mary-Ellen told me there was nothing she could do. Unfortunately by the time I discovered I had that right, it was to late. She also told me she would have to close some orders before anything could be done. I also discovered later that was not true. She charged a rediculous amount of money to read the emails I sent her along with her very short responses.

Don't waste your time and or money!!!!

This lady is a joke. My husband and I went in to discuss requesting a DNA test over a child we are sure is his. First this woman told us we have no rights to request a DNA test. The child in question is now 10. She even joked and said we only have 8 more years until we can see her. How disgusting.

Want someone who's dedicated and means business. Strong and knowledgeable highly recommend

I could barely get through the consultation.. I would say what was going on and what I wanted to happen if I hired her and she'd cut me off mid-sentence to question what I was saying and I don't mean to get more of an idea, I told her what was going on and she flat out said "it doesn't sound like that's happening".. I literally told her and she replied with "are you sure?" Like I was dim. I wasn't even able to tell her about half of my case or all the evidence I collected... I felt like she just wanted to end the conversation and wasn't interested in helping me at all. There was not an ounce of care in her tone, voice or attitude. She basically wanted me to shell out $750 for her to even attempt listening to me. I was on the phone with her a few days after the 4 minute 37 second (yes I timed it for obvious reasons) consultation, letting her know the most current problem going on and my wife could hear her yelling over the tv. She was rude and I felt extremely unimportant. I felt like I was wasting her time. She made me feel stupid for what I was complaining about or asking for. She is very emotional and that's how she works. I will not pay large sums of money to someone who can't even respect me. No thanks. Not worth it. Moving on.
