Awful service. I work for Customer Service and I do sales for living but I can tell you what Monterosa offers is definitely not good sign of customer service. Lack of communication and transparency, constantly my petition is getting delayed for "misspellings and typos". I am the client, yet my mom is the one who communicates with me the information. Email and not response. Too bad I live away from my mom else I would have take my businesses somewhere else.

Receptionist is very rude

Rudy and Cecilia are probably the smartest attorneys I know. When I have an immigration question, Cecilia has always been my go-to person.
