We just recently decided to purchase a new vehicle. When our credit was ran we realized all of the things we did NOT include in our bankruptcy and are in fact still paying on (including our house and our vehicles) show as “included in bankruptcy” on our credit bureau. We called our mortgage company who stated that Anita should have filed reaffirmation paperwork before our bankruptcy was discharged. We then called Anita and spoke to her directly, and she said there’s nothing she can do now and what’s done is done. If she would have at least told us that the lenders needed this reaffirmation paperwork, then we would have known and made sure it was taken care of. All of our payments before bankruptcy and in the past two years are just gone. They did nothing to help our credit.

Over the 7 months start to finish it took to file we (my husband and myself) only saw Anita Gloyeski once. If we called her office or went in to her office we had to deal with her young nieces. They are not lawyers and there were so many questions they could not answer. We would have to wait for them to talk to Anita than get back to us. Our home was not filed on but it took months to get our mortgage straightened out and the mortgage company threatened to take our home. It took many phone calls to Anita Gloyeski’s law office to get someone there at her Warsaw office to address this issue and help us. When we went to our court hearing a strange male lawyer we had never seen before was there to represent us. Anita Gloyeski couldn’t even show up for our hearing and never told us to except this man. Some items we brought in as proof had to be brought in more than once because the nieces would say they didn’t have certain items that I knew we brought in already. So if you want to see the lawyer you hire only when you sign to hire her and if you want to deal with your lawyers young nieces not your lawyer and go blind into court hearing not knowing who will show to represent you I say hire Anita Gloyeski at Warsaw Indiana. Let me give you a detailed description of the service. 1. I went in for a free consultation in June of last year. The appointment was free. I filled out a sheet before seeing Anita. We went through the fine details of my case. She gave me three options: Chapter 7, 13, and what my options were if I didn’t file. At that point, I was going through a divorce and for wheatever reason, I decided not to file. I tried working out the debt on my own, but this year, My son graduated and I no longer was receiving child support. I couldn’t handle all the bills alone anymore. I called her office and got right in. She stuck to the fees she told me last year. I didn’t have the $25 to retain that day, so she told me to come back anytime even without an appointment The next Friday I went in with some money and the assistant helped me with running my credit reports and Anita helped me with the paperwork. She gave me a list of the documents I needed to file. Her assistant helped me get my online taxes. I knew I would have the rest of the money by the next week, so Anita set an appointment to come in and pay and sign the next week. I dropped off my pay stubs and the other thing I had to bring in and took the credit counseling class. I signed and filed in the same day. I had a hearing about 4 weeks later. Everything went very smoothly. Her staff were incredibly nice and Anita is a no nonsense, get things done, hold your hand kind of attorney. I’m glad my brother sent me her direction. I am very pleased with the service and all he help she gave me. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a good experience. Her prices were fair and unlike other attorneys in my area, her staff helped me with the paperwork and pulled my credit reports for free. All in all, good experience.

My experience with the Gloyeski law firm was less than pleasant. It's not because she couldn't help me, but that she was so rude. I would think that someone in that position, especially with a Law degree would have a bit more tact

I saw Anita in her Warsaw office. Firstly, she was very kind and explained the bankruptcy process really well. Secondly, she files me without all my fees up front. Try and get an attorney to do that these days. She let me make payments. Her office helped me get a new loan on my car and through the bankruptcy I paid what it was worth and not what I owed. I am happy I was able to get my discharge and I kept my home and car. I would recommend her to everyone.
