The lady in office is very disrespectful I guarantee she hates puppies and sunshine. She was very rude. She hung up the phone put me on hold without saying anything. Over talked I never met anyone so ugly

I should have came here first for review. I also dealt with the horrible secretary who hung up on me questioning me and givong me advice when she shouldnt i said are you an attorney she said no,so i said cam i just make an appointment to talk to someone qaulified for my case she aaid no and hung up..

Chet has this secretary that thinks its ok to hang up on customers. She was called this morning of 9/19/16 in order to locate a missing payment on a settlement we arranged. Long story short this "woman" was extremely rude and decided to hang up on me multiple times also refusing to give me her name. I called back to speak directly to Chet and she asked who was speaking and hung up on me when i told her my name. i called back to get her name where she hung up on me again. I attempted to leave a Voice mail directly to chet and she disconnected the machine and hung up on me again, then my last time calling back she asked me "is this how u start your mornings?" She needs to go immediately.

I talked to a lady in the Office. She was sarcastic, short & had a bad over all attitude.
She never mailed the paper work I needed to take care of my case.
Never should a person like that answer the phone or work with the public!!!
