Fred Jones is exceptional and the staff as well. He took care of all my needs during the difficult time when my husband passed away. If I had any questions he was always there to answer them. I would definitely recommend their law firm.

Hired Richerson in March to fix a simple error & was told that it was an easy case and it would be simple to fix so my license would be reinstated quickly, here we are at the end of May & I am still waiting on my license. Also never kept me updated for anything I had to call him just for information on my case but everytime I called the secretary was very rude to me, & was always told he's in a meeting when I would call. Everytime I left a voicemail I never received a call back. I'm giving 2 stars because he did eventually do it after I called once again to remind him.
