Please do not use this attorney. I had a case that should have been easy to approve. A new judge trying to make a name for himself ruled against me, after 19 months of waiting for a hearing. The decision references a psychological exam I never had, lies about what I said at the hearing, objective medical evidence, the most important piece in my opinion, that was cited incorrectly , and various other blaring mistakes. My next move is to apply to the appeals council. Katz told me he did not do this, and that very few attorneys do this step. After speaking to several other attorneys, I found that everyone I spoke to does this step, but they won't take on a case that someone else has worked on. Katz has just left me out to dry.
