I say on the phone with them but I really should say I've been hung up on for 3 times and am trying to get some information! terrible service, no one know anything and no one is willing to work and help you! find another law firm. They are only out to get your money!

They are a collections agency/so of course they are going to get what's owed to them but I will say that they will work with you and can be patient about payment with communication

I was appointed Krisor and Associates for my son's GAL. Brooks Grainger was our attorney appointed. He was suppose to have the report done within a few months as it was determining what was best for my son, needless to say the report never got filed with the courts, I had called time and time again asking for the information as well as both my ex's and my attorney and no report was ever given. I had also emailed several times asking for the report. When I called a few years later to ask for a refund since I didn't receive the service as planned he decided he would finally submit the report, which not had no bearing on any decisions now. I paid hundreds of dollars with nothing in return when it was promised. I shouldn't have to wait years to get a GAL report when we are asking for a decision on what is best for the child. They seem pretty shady of a company as when I called to ask for statements of what I paid, no one seemed to have any record, told me that was up to me to have that information. I feel this was the biggest rip off, I am a single mom and didn't have the extra money to give a lawyer with no results. I could have spent the $$ towards my kids...

Tough debt collectors. Great for businesses trying to get the money for Bill that go unpaid.

Clean office and beautiful structure, know nothing of them although I was there to pay a bill so I would say 5 if they were sueing for me!

Yes, I am angry they are collecting for a debt that was never validated. As legal professionals, I would think they would perform their own due diligence to ensure they are collecting on a valid debt. They failed this time. The City of South Bend is so money hungry they are going after homeowners with a vengeance.
