Always through out my life of 30 years of needing him in different situations has done a awesome job upon helping me as well as helped my father before me.

Ill mannered and pompous, with poor listening skills.
Similar experience as other negative reviewer, needed help in drafting a simple request for some records I needed. Just a request letter on plain printer paper, for me to sign and send. He did so much time talking and so little time listening, that when the call ended, I was left, very much in doubt as to whether he even understood what I was requesting.
At any rate, he was incapable of accomplishing this seemingly pedestrian act.

Jay Felt was very rude. Hardly let me speak and when I did got belittled. I’m clearly not as knowledgeable of the law that’s why I called to speak to a “professional” for help but I would never recommend him after our brief conversation.

I have seen a cover letter accompanying a LEGAL court document for the family court and this "Attorneys" English skills are laughable to say the least. He spelled his own clients name wrong 2 times out of 3. He spelled the defendants name wrong. This "Attorney", more or less, got his law degree out of a box of cracker jacks. I am brutally offended the Michigan Bar Association has even given this man a Bar Number. Please make the right choice and choose a better lawyer who can actually defend you rather then bring your IQ number down.

I needed an attorney desperately to handle a delicate family matter. Jay was perfect :) He was confident and caring and handled our case quickly and effectively. It was such a relief to have Jay and Cindy on our side.

I WENT TO THIS 'JERK' AND I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S FELT OR POLLEY BUT HE WOULDN'T LET ME SPEAK, QUESTIONED WHY I WAS 'TAKING NOTES' AND WHEN I EXPLAINED I WAS NERVOUS HE SAID, 'AS LONG AS IT DOESN'T SLOW ME DOWN.' I SAID I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD WORK OUT AND HE SAID 'I THINK NOT. I'VE ALREADY MADE UP MY MIND ABOUT HIM' AND STARED AT ME. WHAT A TOTAL A***HOLE!!!!!!

Horrible. Incompetent. The lawyer doing the initial interview was very rude from the beginning. He interrupted me and talked down to me. I just needed some simple paperwork filed and he couldn't handle that. I think the practice is trying to keep an older member on staff but the time has come to cut him loose, he can't perform in a professional capacity anymore.
