Do NOT go to Jonathon Cress. He is a Liar and dishonest Lawyer. he will tell you one thing in the office then tell you complete opposite in the court room. gives false information then when confronted about it admits he was wrong but does nothing to rectify the situation, but still expects to get paid. does not file documents correctly and drags the process out just line his pockets with more money while you get screwed in the process. Cress will screw things up so bad that even if you decide to go to another lawyer they wont be able to untangle his mess. little over a year and 10K in the trash with him, and I'm still at square one. Save your time and money and find someone else.
