I was pleased with the outcome of my case. Not every attorney is gonna be able to get good results. Brian kept fighting for me and at end of the day... that's what you pay the attorney to do.
Attorney Brian kaiser and his staff were very helpful in our bankruptcy case. I would highly recommend anyone to use him. He seems to care about his clients and staff. Thank you for helping us work through all our issues. Merry Chrismas.

watch out he is a crook ,brian Kaiser told me he would represent me in a warrant in Allen county for revocation of misdemeanor probation from 12 years ago for $ 700 back in 8/2017 he told me to get an evaluation from the recovery solutions (five county drug and alcohol counseling) wich I did and paid out another $100 to them then had them send the evaluation to him . I checked with him a couple of days later and he said he hadn't received anything from them . I told him I would go back and get it and he said no that he would do it . I waited about a week and checked with him and he still said he hadn't received anything this went on for about two months. when I told him I would just go myself and get it he said that he was sorry he had dropped the ball on my case and th hat he should be working on it better. then he said that he thought I still owed him $200 from the case twelve years ago which I didn't owe him . then in December 2017he told me he had file a couple of letters with the courts and hadn't heard anything back from them . I checked with my case in.gov and there's no record of any letters sent on my behalf with them. I have tried numerous times to speak to him and have requested he give me back my money . I have even talked to his assistant Spencer who has blown me off and still to this day . I went up to the alcohol and drug counseling center and have retrieved my evaluation papers from the doctor and he showed me they sent the papers to his office a week after the evaluation in September of 2017. this is the second time I have put this review on here. Brian kisser just give me my $700 Dollars back please. I am filing with the state disciplinary board on Monday 8/21/18 I am tired of waiting for him to do the right thing.Brian forgets I had my stepson in the office when we talked in Bryan Ohio and watched me count out the seven hundred dollar bills and hand them to him .

Only you can judge if this is a lawyer you can trust with your legal issues. I can assure you; I will never recommend Mr. Kaiser’s services. I’m speaking out, so others are aware.
If you are looking for a lawyer to handle a probate estate, please look elsewhere. Mr. Kaiser was given the mandatory fee for filing a probate case in Ohio. All non-probate issues with the estate already resolved, all that remained were issues for probate. Five months after payment, paperwork for the probate case remained unfiled. New legal counsel found. Mr. Kaiser was notified and told the name of the new legal counsel if there were any questions direct them to the new counsel. Several months later, Mr. Kaiser submitted a bill to the ESTATE for services, and the estate lawyer included it in the estate filing. That should be the end of the story. It is not, unfortunately.
3 YEARS LATER a bill shows up addressed to me saying I owe the fees Mr. Kaiser had already charged the estate. Mr. Kaiser has also added late fees and states the invoice is past due. I had never received a statement in the first place, so how can it be late? By law, when a lawyer does work for an estate, he is entitled payment through the estate. By law, Mr. Kaiser is not able to charge me a dime. I am not a family member, nor was I given legal right to administer the estate. Mr. Kaiser had my name and contact information in the file as I was the local contact for the estate. Needless to say, I turned the invoice over to the estate’s lawyer. Who agreed I had no responsibility to pay for anything in association with the now-closed estate.
The estate's lawyer contacted Mr. Kaiser. The estate lawyer informed me that the parties agreed that I did not owe money. Case closed? Nope, 16 months later, another bill with more late fees showed up. The same routine ensued, The estate's lawyer tells me to disregard the statement; I will not receive an invoice again. Case closed?
Nope, Friday, February 21, 2020, 8 months after Mr. Kaiser told the estate’s lawyer the second time that I would not receive another invoice, another invoice has come. This process started with Mr. Kaiser in 2014...the probate case closed in 2015. The first bill sent to me was dated 03/01/18. I ask you, why would a reputable business wait that long to send an invoice? I am speaking out with this recent incident to give others insight into my experience with Mr. Kaiser.
Again, only you can judge if you can trust Mr. Kaiser with your legal issues. I can assure you; I will never recommend Mr. Kaiser’s services.

If you need a local attorney in Bryan Ohio or Angola Indiana, I would highly recommend Brian Kaiser as he has office in each location. I live in the middle n have gone to both offices. I have used him for non criminal cases n have been very happy with the professionalism n promptness of getting my cases done. They even let me set up auto credit card payments to get my bill paid while he worked on my case which was heavenly.

Brian is not the problem. The problen is his assistant Karen, she has held my tax check for 3 weeks. 3 weeks. I call and ask if she sent it out like she was suppose to THURSDAY, since i moved to Las Vegas. She told nr she did not. I said you need to send it out today and overnight it. She said i am NOT oaying 25 dollars to overnight it. I said if you had done your job like you where suppose too we wouldnt be in this situation. Mind you holding my TAX refund, is ILLEGAL. I had to call the bar of assocation to file a complaint on her. Brian has 2 offices, one in bryan and one in Angola. He has another assistant Chelsea and she has been the onr who has fixrd all ny problems. When dealing with this office id you deal with KAREN nothing will get done.

He is worthless. I was quoted $500 for his services then after it was all over he tried to say I still owed him $250. He never communicated with me in any way other than to tell me he may be about ten minutes late to the courtroom. He was about an hour late, and spent about ten seconds in front of the judge. I think $500 is more than enough. Then after he never sent me my papers I needed, I had to pretty much do everything. I would have been better off doing it all myself, that way I wouldn't have flushed my money down the toilet, even doing that would have been a better use of my money. Any good reviews you read on here are obviously by someone he knows. Family perhaps, or himself.... I wouldn't put it passed him to pay someone for a good review. Don't hire this guy.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Kaiser Law. It has gone on for about 2 years now. I was trying to get a misdemeanor expunged from my record. I met with Mr. Kaiser April 2013. I did not hear back about the expungement until December 20, 2014, to which he said it could happen. Since that call, I have heard nothing, I have called multiple times to speak with him and even made APPOINTMENTS to speak to him which the secretary has said he is "unavailable". If I am on his schedule for a phone call he should be available at that time. I have also requested the the contents of my file be sent to me at my home in Ohio, and it has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive anything from them.
DO NOT go to Kaiser Law. They will take your money, then ignore you completely. Absolutely no help.

I have had a very bad experience with Attorney Brian Kaiser. I live in Michigan and had an auto accident in Steuben County Indiana in February 2011. I engaged Brian's services in June 2011 to recover damages for pain & suffering from that accident. As of January 2013, Brian has done essentially nothing for me. He routinely does not take my calls and rarely ever will return e-mail or voice mail messages.
In July 2012 I sent Brian $366 for court filing fees to file an action against the defendant & her insurance company to get their attention and to induce them to negotiate in good faith. I have checked with the Steuben County Court Clerk's office and no case was ever filed. I requested the return of the filing fees, but have not received them (as of 12 January 2013).
Brian is non-communicative and as far as I know, he has done little or nothing to create a case for me or to recover any damages for my pain & suffering resulting from the accident. I would never recommend that anyone use him for their legal representative.
