Had an appointment set for a specific date and time. Called two days prior to verify appt and when I showed up they were closed. On top of that I took a 10hr day off of work ...all overtime pay at 34.00 an hour.!!!! 340 bucks they cost me!!!!!! Needless to say I will not be rescheduling
Mr Lovinger had recently called to make sure that everything after the original misdate went fine and that i was happy. I would like to up my rating as he reached out and was sincere . We did end up rescheduling and his office did follow through and handle everything with my wife and I very professionally. I would do business again with Mr Lovinger.
