First impressions are everything. Made an appointment two weeks ago, and when I showed up the receptionist claimed she didn’t have a good contact number and couldn’t get a hold of me to reschedule. I said don’t bother to reschedule, cause if this is how you treat new clients I’ll go somewhere else. No apology or effort from the receptionist. I gave 2 stars as I’m sure the Attourney has no clue of the support staff inadequate performance.

Sometimes you need a "General" to lead - someone with a bigger "brain" to show the way forward! Although not deeply religious, I found the following to be true! Proverbs 15:22.
