Waste of Time they ask you to leave them good reviews before you even get your settlement. Almost 2 years wasted to still lost my home and more in the end WORST LAWYER EVER!!

Hands down the best lawyer I've ever dealt with in my career. Charles Boyk came highly recommended by a colleague of mine as his first choice. After our first consultation it was clear what I should do and using Charles Boyk was the plan. He treated my family like his own and was always available to discuss anything case related. His compassion and professionalism is second to none. He dealt with all aspects of the injury case and compiled several boxes of paperwork related to the case. The hours the firm compiled was extensive and very time consuming. Chuck was very hands on for all of the case and was available for all hearings and procedures. The other attorneys Leah Micheal who assisted was top notch and took great pride in helping represent me. (Thank You Leah!!) It took over three years to finally put this to case to rest and my family is very pleased with the outcome. If I had to do it again this is exactly the way I would proceed. I would have given more stars UNTIL....Well just got off the phone with a Tara? I called to seek legal advice honestly not knowing exactly what I needed? However, the previous young ladies I spoke with were nice and professional which I totally appreciate and THANK YOU for your patience and empathy to what I was seeking! Which brought me to write this review! While speaking with Tara I was explaining the situation on what I needed services for and as she was “listening” the turn of the conversation went when she ABRUPTLY AND RUDELY said, “Well what are you seeking legal action or advice for?” I had to catch myself because it was 1, TOTALLY UNEXPECTED Her response!! and 2, HER TONE!! Then she said, “Well it sounds to me that situation has been rectified when there’s people that are out here having real medical problems or issues!! Something to that effect but simply HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT!?? Needless to say I cut the conversation short myself, told her thank you for your time and never mind!! She said okay and hung the phone up, slamming it!! I’ve worked in customer service for YEARS before working in the factory now and the last thing I have to say is that I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE to this Law office to strictly avoid her! Ms./Mrs.Tara! I will not EVER seek legal advice for anything in this area NOR surrounding areas! This experience left me feeling like I did something when I simply did nothing but made a phone call!! I DID NOT ASK for her “personal opinion” or “what she thought”! What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I am a small business owner and have used Charles Boyk Law Offices in the past for personal and business matters. Because Chuck and his staff had already earned my trust, I contacted Chuck after I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. One morning, I was on my way to work on my motorcycle when a vehicle turned in front of me. I sustained very serious injuries and was transported to the ER. When I was able, I contacted Chuck and he came to the hospital the next day to check on me and assure me that he and his staff would be able to help with all matters involving the accident.

Chuck and the team he assembled handled everything! They were always right there for me whether it was for legal purposes, health purposes, or moral support. They were there! The team I dealt with consisted of Chuck, Lisa, Emily, and Amy. They assured me that whatever the need, they would have it taken care of, and they did.

The end result of all the time and energy they spent on my case came out with very satisfying results. I received the full value of my motorcycle and the full policy limits from the insurance company. I absolutely didn’t have to do anything!

There is one more thing I have to tip my hat to them for. One morning, after a meeting with Chuck at his downtown office, my girlfriend and I left and went to the attached parking garage and her car would not start. We called AAA, but I only had 45 minutes before I had to be at work. I called Chuck’s office and explained the situation to Emily and she immediately told me she would take care of us. Within minutes, Amy was there with her car to take me to work. She then returned to the parking garage and stayed with my girlfriend until AAA arrived. For all I went through, these people were my rock!

I have been dealing with Charles Boyk over the years. This visit was for my son who was in a car accident that an elderly lady pulled out in front of him sending him to the hospital. May 21. 2019 I was in an car accident. After trying to handle insurance company and doctor visits, my wife and I just got overwhelmed with trying to handle everything.
