I would not recommend this attorney. He is misleading about costs during consultation and starts process for withdrawing his representation of clients even after getting them to pay. Once the contract for representation is signed he turns into a greedy jerk. I only wanted hire a lawyer I didn't want to ADOPT one. I feel terrible because I recommended him to a friend, since then he has cost a thousand dollars a month for a simple divorce (No children Involved) and there hasn't even been a hearing yet. The friend I recommended had unexpected heart surgery and he wanted to withdraw because he couldn't get in contact with her ( to collect more money) while she was in intensive care. He put more stress on her during her recovery and wouldn't stop with the threats of leaving her case in the lurch without a lawyer. He also didn't spare the drama when explaining that without a lawyer she would be at the mercy of a default judgement which as he explained meant there would be no recourse when her best interests were not considered in a judgement. I know this is not true and he was only trying to scare her into continuing paying the thousand dollars a month he has been asking for. I think he has trouble paying his bills and goes to his client list to Farm funds for his lifestyle. I usually am not the type to write this type of review but I got drawn onto this because I helped my friend to pay his bills and when he found out she had help financially he started to ramp up the threats and letters for which he charged as representation time at 2oo dollars an hour to prepare a billing statement. Just be careful before you sign an agreement with someone like him. At no time was he lead to believe that his costs and reasonable fees would be paid. At first he was paid as asked. Then when it became suspicious and he was asked for an explanation of his business practices he started with his legal assault of withdrawal letters etc... The clerk of courts must cringe whenever they see a letter from him. They know....

He heard about my case and he reached out to me to help me he was very informative he responded to my call within 20 minutes he was very polite and very courteous understanding and very informative I'll just wish I had more money to utilize them longer if I ever need another attorney he's definitely who I'm going back to

Terrible Attorney he's currently facing several felony charges in Wood county Common pleas. I hired him to represent me in a contempt hearing and he never entered my evidence that proved I paid my children's medical bills. I've been forced to spend more then 20 grand trying to undo his legal malpractice ...... I'm facing 30 days in jail on top it all. He was disciplined by the Supreme court for altering courts documents and using those fraudulent documents to over charge his prior clients in that case. Prior to trial he never subpoenaed any of my witnesses like my accountant etc. Also stated it would cost me 5 grand to take it to trial which I agreed to but later climbs out that he charged me more then 2 1/2 times that. I personally feel he is crooked with nothing but greed in his heart. This is my personal opinion. Do a back ground check on him yourself to confirm what I've stated. Is True. I filed a legal malpractice compliant on him in Wood county court which I dismissed only to extend the statue of limitations because in Ohio u only have 1 year from the date of last service etc. I'm still incurring damages because of him. But will refile my law suit against him for my losses. Find another Attorney that is ethical. He also changed his web site to this one because of my negative review on his old one. I would double check his other reviews to confirm if they are really true in itself because anyone can have friends and family give u a review. I would check there names on actual court dockets too.

Agreed real greedy , all his notes were writtin down on a 1 inch by 2 inch sticky note seeing him 3 times instead of introducing himself or hearing my story wen we first met he demanded money before anything i seen he has charges thru wood county court for tampering with evidence and other criminal activities regarding a traffic accidient , he also has lawsuits against him.for overcharging clients so u mite be his next victim , there is a reason why he is not a prosecutor for wood county and why he barley has his lisence to be a legal lawyer by a thread , i would stay away from.him for the protection of urself or ur family in court he is not a person to have by ur side wen ur wanting what is best and you earned in life and then he turns around and does the opposite of what you tell him to do after you told him about it he charges the clients for working ever done Google has work history you'll see if he's got so many issues with that right now and now he just has another one through me. He asked clients to put a review on his website before you even hire him without even knowing who he is and what he's actually about I made a mistake by hiring him don't waste your time or money on him he said he was going to be out of town for two weeks and then I get a bill saying he was working for me those two weeks when he never contacted me after I emailed and called him plenty of times if that makes any sense. I told him I'd be home this week on the phone I call him today he says he needs paid for work he performed when he was not working for two weeks in the office and never contact me or anything about it and then he says if I want to rehire him real prize winner he's cheap but when it comes down to being a lawyer and doing what lawyers do for certain cases he cannot do that I would not hire him for a traffic case that's just me probably not even a lawsuit but everybody's got their own preference, he got paid he got mad cuz I didn't want to keep him as a lawyer is he was pretty much not doing anything I was better off of my own case and I came out just like I wanted without him he got all the money he worked for I have all the receipts so don't let him lie to you all the pictures I post on here he deletes for a reason don't let this guy for you Google him you will see overcharging criminal charges easy as that
