Simply the best I could have hoped for. I asked a friend who handles civil cases if she could recommend an attorney to me that wasnt "one of the good old boys" and she sent me to Mr. Patituce. I was really happy with all of the attention he gave my case as well as the attorney that worked with him. Attorney Carli Citraro kept me informed of each step of my case and let me know what was going on whenever I asked.

In court both attorneys were clearly well respected by the judge, and I heard the prosecutor saying that she was willing to offer me whatever it took to make my case avoid an evidence hearing. My high level breath test was thrown out and my case was reduced to a moving violation. I can put this behind me because of their work.

I court it was amazing. I saw a couple of attorneys I hired, one was Attorney Butcher. I watched his client get blown away. This was important to me because he kept telling me how great he was. When I asked Attorney Patituce about him, he clearly took the high road and told me that Butcher was a good attorney and refused to say anything bad.

The results spoke for themselves. When my attorney that day, Catherine, approached the important people took notice. Her negotiatons with the prosecutor were direct, she could negotiate with Catherine or "deal with Joe". I walked out that day with a reckless operation even thought I blew well over three times the limit, just because I hired the right firm.

It was clear to me from the times I had to sit and wait for my case to be heard that both the court and prosecutor respected Joe's team. I had a trusted friend who works in the municipal court building refer me to Mr. Patituce. I had spoken with another attorney who did nothing but talk about how great he was, but Mr. Patituce was more focused on how he could help me. The breath test came out of the machine at a really high number, higher than it should have been. We had an evidence hearing where Mr. Patituce and his associate convinced the judge to dismiss the breath test, the prosecutor then offered me a deal I could not say no too. Im so glad we hired him, he lives up to his reputation.
