My case seemed pretty simple, I was hit from behind while driving a company vehicle and suffered a neck injury. Although as it seemed clear cut, it took a turn and became a battle to the end. The facts were clear, but we still had to fight the bureaucratic red tape from Workers Compensation and the defendants Auto Insurance Company and misdiagnosis from incompetent doctors .
