We have paid Tim Churchill for pre nuptials, drawing of wills and guidance on handling of estates as well as asking advice of some personal matters for close to 30 years. Over the past 4 or 5 years we have had occasions were legal advice was required and countless phone calls went unreturned from his office. I’m not sure if his office is too busy for us or that there is an issue with one of the newer additions to the firm, but when I call and ask if I can get some advice and no call is returned, either for consult of request that we come in for an office visit, I have no other choice but to seek advice elsewhere. All this from someone I have known since high school.
