I have to agree with other posts I’ve read here; can’t give anything less than a Zero, he is Verbally Abusive, Evasive, Dishonest, Unreasonable and Misleading. He will run you in circles and waste your time on issues he already knows cannot be resolved and will con you into paying him money he does not have coming. He likes talking, but does not listen and will not disclose information he should. Do not waste your time or money.

He is a crook still waiting for my $5000.00 back and an apology for lieing about what all he was going to do for me. Too bad you can't give 0 stars.

Professional! Three years ago Michael Portnoy handled my emotional divorce and custody battle; and professionally guided me through the court dealings and made sure I was informed on what to expect. He took the time to speak with me and fully understand the case which lasted two years to win.
